When a Customer uses an MTA Member, they can be assured of receiving high quality service - in fact all Members must sign up to the Association's Customer Promise
Every member must maintain a high level of ethical behaviour as outlined in the Code of Ethics, MTA Rules and Bylaws. These can be viewed on the website under the heading "Our promise to you".
